SOLARCYCLE is America's leading technology-based solar panel recycling company, founded in 2022 and headquartered in Odessa, TX (with operations across Mesa, AZ; San Antonio, TX; Atlanta, GA; Cedartown, GA; Elgin, IL; and Las Vegas, NV). The company provides a comprehensive, one-stop recycling solution for solar asset owners, EPCs, O&Ms, and OEMs - handling not just solar panels but also inverters, transformers, cables, and other power electronics. Using patented technology, SOLARCYCLE achieves up to 97% material recovery rates and 100% landfill diversion, extracting valuable materials including silver, silicon, copper, glass, gold, and lead from end-of-life solar systems. The company has kept over 110 million pounds of materials out of landfills and serves 100+ developers, manufacturers, and asset owners including QCells, EDP Renewables, AES, Ørsted, Greenbacker, Silfab Solar, and Silicon Ranch Corporation.

SOLARCYCLE's significance to the US energy supply chain cannot be overstated. With 3-4 million solar panels reaching end-of-life annually in the US - a number expected to exceed 30 million within a decade - the company is building the domestic circular economy for solar materials at a critical moment. The company is planning a first-of-its-kind 1.1-million square foot recycled solar glass factory on US soil, which will produce domestically sourced glass for new panel assembly and manufacturing. This directly reduces dependence on foreign critical material supply chains and supports US energy manufacturing competitiveness. SOLARCYCLE is also a member of SEIA's National PV Recycling Program and holds ISO certification across its facilities.

The company was founded by experts from the solar, recycling, and sustainability industries and has rapidly scaled into a nationally recognized brand. Backed by prominent climate-tech and strategic investors - including Closed Loop Ventures, HG Ventures, Fifth Wall, Urban Innovation Fund, and Microsoft's sustainable investments arm - SOLARCYCLE has raised over $40 million to date. It has been named to the Global Cleantech 100 for two consecutive years, cementing its position as one of the most important emerging players in the US clean energy supply chain's end-of-life materials recovery sector.
