FluxCo is an Austin, Texas-based technology company building the first end-to-end transformer procurement marketplace for the US energy and industrial sectors. The platform acts as a "Chief Transformer Officer" for project developers, utilities, data center operators, and industrials - allowing customers to design precise transformer specifications using a plain-English AI-assisted Spec Designer, then automatically post those specs to a vetted global network of 100+ OEM manufacturing partners across 30+ countries for competitive bidding. The entire procurement lifecycle - from spec creation and RFP distribution, through bid evaluation, purchase order placement, manufacturing milestone tracking, factory acceptance testing, and final-mile logistics - is managed in one platform.

FluxCo's technology addresses one of the most acute bottlenecks in America's energy transition: the transformer supply crunch. Transformer lead times have stretched to 2-4 years for large power units, threatening grid expansion, renewable energy interconnection, and AI-driven data center buildouts. FluxCo de-risks this by giving buyers real-time access to a pre-vetted global supplier pool with structured, comparable bids, dramatically reducing sourcing time and cost. Beyond procurement, the platform also offers transformer leasing ("Transformer as a Service"), ongoing servicing and warranty management, compliance navigation (including DOE 2027 efficiency standards), and guidance on US tax credits - including bonuses for domestically manufactured equipment.
